FOR REAL MEN! 8 Ways Nigerian Men Can Be Better In Bed

Might it be that the way a man drives is a reflection of his bedtime activity? And, of course, I also wanted to ask: Is the lack of good sex driving women to fat in Nigeria?

You must have seen the scene before, where, after copulating, the man looked like the cat that got the cream, while the woman looked despondent and was busy searching under the pillow, the bed and in the wardrobe: for her orgasm!
Anyway, added to the above is the rising incidence of rape, marital strives and divorce due to adultery, which further underlines the problem. Every day, you hear of some woman killed by an irate husband because of this issue.
For God’s sake, what is the fun in forcing a woman to have sex, or by rape? Why would you date rape or even rape your wife? The real joy is making a woman want you — just you — again and again.
The problem
It seems that one of the biggest problems men face is knowing how to make love to a woman! Unfortunately, what commonly happens is that young men get their sexual advice from friends or from pornographic films and books. As a result, they have a distorted view of what it is actually about.
We need to re-educate men about what it means to love a woman. Sadly, of course, I am not an expert on sex matters and these articles are to inform, educate and, maybe, even to just brighten up your day.
Here, for your reading pleasure, is the synthesis of ‘How to make love to a woman’ from women’s point of view. This is what women want.
Love-making, not sex
The first thing men need to know is that women prefer to call it “making love.” ‘Sex’ sounds like a question and is very clinical. Sex? Oh yes, I am female! Thank you very much. So, this article is not an exposé on sex. If you want sex, then please see the girls on Gimbiya Street in Abuja. Or sort yourself out!
However, if you really want to know how to make love; if you want the woman to say, ‘Thank you’ afterwards or to come over the next time, seemingly having forgotten her knickers at home, then you should follow a proven system that is guaranteed to give pleasure to a woman.
Communication
Communicating your interest and intentions is very important. Ensuring that the woman of your dream knows that you care about her, and want her, is important. However, talk is also cheap, unless followed by good intentions and action. Communication can also be subtle and non verbal.
A lot of Nigerian men do not engage in making eye contact, holding hands, smiling, winking, stroking, cuddling, kissing, laughing, embracing, etc.
Intimacy
Never forget that making love is a whole body and mind experience. Cuddling, hugging and just being close together reassure women and promise safety. Women say that a good number of men are selfish partners who tend to initiate sex when it suits them and have little or no thought about their partners. Some women go through with it perfunctorily, as a duty.
Focus, timing, location
Planning, timing, focus and the right location are important. A woman will more than likely agree to have you if privacy is assured. Choose the location carefully, communicate the idea early and allow her to simmer — just for you. For most women, sex is in the mind: A woman needs to make love to you in her mind first.
Use protection
This is important and goes without saying. An annoying trend noticed among Nigerian men is the fact that they won’t buy their own protection (condoms). Why would you put your woman to risk? Part of the protection also includes your personal hygiene. Hygiene is important to women. Hygiene includes a bath, clean noses, ears, trim nails and clean shave (including the armpits).
Also, please wash your hands before touching a woman’s privates to avoid transmitting infection from car doors and household things.
Pleasure and fun
Take your time and really enjoy every individual sensation. That is how women do it. You need to learn how to listen to a woman’s body. It will tell you what she wants, just like yours tells her. Take it slow, so slow it hurts. It is rare that a slow pace will bore a woman.
Ensure mutual fun
The goal of sex is not just your orgasm but ecstasy for both partners. Love-making is not a movie set where everyone concentrates on his/her script. You do need to listen to her body — that is the most important thing.
While it is nice to occasionally focus on her exquisite spot, keep moving, doing things with your tongue and hands all over her. However, do not feel the need to work towards an orgasm, and do not lose your confidence if she doesn’t come every time.
Post-intercourse
Some women like to talk after sex and some don’t, so follow her cues. Talk to your woman, express your pleasure, praise her prowess, subtly point out any shortcomings and teach what she may seem to lack — so that she keeps getting better for you.
This is also the best time for cuddling. Most men hate this part, but many women only have sex at all to get to this part.
Okay. That’s it. Do feel free to read and share widely. Also, please communicate by sending in your thoughts, opinions and replies through the website. I cannot wait for your thoughts on this interesting topic.

I Had Four Accidents A Year After Relocating To Nigeria –JJC

Just last month, hip-hop artiste, JJC, was involved in a ghastly motor accident. Unknown to many, that was one of the many accidents the artiste had been involved in since he relocated to Nigeria from London over a year ago.

The artiste explained to Saturday Beats that his current single, Show me love, was as a result of his experiences. JJC said that the accidents made him appreciate life more.
He said, “A lot of people don’t know but my new song, Show me love, was recorded and had its video done about two weeks ago. As soon as that accident occurred, my life changed. My way of life changed. I realised that I have been fortunate enough to live out 15 years of my dream. Imagine doing what you love for a living, every single day. I sing, rap, write songs and shoot music videos. That is why my song is Show me love. I am saying thank you to my family and fans. I would not have had the opportunity to say it if I had died.
“Now I have finally said it, we have to go everywhere. I want to see all the people that have been showing me love. It really changed my life; I go to church more often, I love my life more. Normally, you take everything for granted but not anymore. Right now, I am the happiest person and I appreciate everything the more.”
Born Abdul Rasheed Bello, the multi-talented act, who is most known in the UK as the producer and creator of the award winning group, Big Brovas, said he believes God is with him.
“Just before we did the ‘African Skank’ video, I was in the bath and I slipped and hit my head on the wall. There was a metal pipe that was sticking out of the wall and my head hit it. It cut my head open, but that did not stop me. I was rushed to the hospital. At the shoot of the video, I almost had a fatal accident as I was doing a stunt, I almost cracked my head open again. Recently we went to Benin, on our way back, a truck literally almost took us off the road. For some weird reasons, the driver slowed down and the truck swerved into a ditch. We had a lucky escape; Tunde Ednut was with us then.
“About three weeks ago, I was driving, I was at a T-junction and a lorry with failed brakes went straight to the side of the car and took us to the other side of the street. Although another car was coming towards us, we somehow survived it. Trust me, now I over believe that God is with me. Since then, I have been pushing my music out. Why keep them? I push them out before people begin to say I was planning to die. We are releasing everything now.”

1,179 children adopted in three years, 823 taken to foreign lands

One thousand one hundred and seventy-nine children were adopted throughout the country between 2009 and 2011.Out of the number, 823 were inter-country, that means the children were sent to foreign countries. Statistics made available to The Mirror by the Ghana office of UNICEF shows that 395 adoption cases were recorded in 2009, with 281 of the children sent out of the country. In 2010, 431 adoption cases were recorded, with 305 sent to foreign lands. According to the statistics, 353 adoptions were made in 2011, with 273 accounting for the number of children taken abroad. When contacted on the issue, the Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection, Nana Oye Lithur, said the situation had arisen because about 19 illegal adoption agencies were operating in the country. She also said it was difficult to trace these agencies since they operate on the Internet. That, according to the minister, was a contradiction of international requirements which permit only agencies licensed by a particular country to handle inter-country adoptions. She said only three agencies: Friends of Children in Italy; Bethany Christian Services of the United States of America and Adoption Centrum in Sweden had been licenced to operate in Ghana by the Department of Social Welfare. Those agencies, the minister said, also offer humanitarian services and support children in need of protection. According to the minister, the ministry also placed a moratorium on adoption from Ghana on April 30, 2013 and that was still in place. She, however, gave the assurance that the moratorium would be annulled in the fourth quarter of this year. That notwithstanding, Nana Oye Lithur said, there were exceptions where provision had been made for emergency cases during the moratorium period, where any application made must be sent to the Department of Social Welfare (DSW) which will use its discretion as to which cases were emergencies. She reiterated that a mechanism would be put in place to ensure that the structures for monitoring adoptions in the country would be strictly adhered to. The Minister said meanwhile, the Government of Ghana was working together with UNICEF in the interim, to create a central authority to process adoptions in Ghana with UNICEF providing technical support to ensure that all cases would be handled according to the required guidelines and regulations. The Chief of Child Protection Programme, UNICEF, Johanna Erikson Takyo told The Mirror in a telephone interview that 'the increase in cases of adoptions, in particular inter-country adoptions, has been noted. The increase appears to have emerged, based on a steady demand for inter-country adoption of children,' 'It should be noted that as per international good practice and standard, inter-country adoption should always be a measure of last resort and only an option when no domestic solutions can be found for the child,' she explained.

Global Excellence Magazine Editor, Kunle Rasheed Speaks On Alleged Libelous Story Against Tunde Folawiyo

Some of you have read about how policemen picked up Global Excellence Editor, Kunle Rashid and the Publisher of Global News, Mr Segun Ogunbunmi on Wednesday concerning an alleged libelous story Mr Ogunbunmi wrote about Mr Tunde Folawiyo? Well here is a press statement from Mr Kunle  Rasheed. "It is necessary to set the record straight regarding the alleged adultery story written in some news mediums about Mr. Tunde Folawiyo. To the best of my knowledge, his alleged amorous affair with ex-Miss Lux, Mrs. Ifeoma Williams, has been a feast for the online media for a long time. This I never knew, though, until my attention was called to it by Tunde’s younger brother, Yomi, a friend, who, knowing I wield some level of popularity among journalists, asked me to help talk to online publishers who had published the story on their blogs to please take them down.  I did not disappoint. A few days after succeeding in taking off the story from the internet, Yomi again called my attention to the fact that two weekly magazines namely Encomium and Global News have written the story, but according to him, Global News owned by Segun Ogunbunmi did not do an objective piece.
It was then I urged Yomi to create familiarity with major players in the media so they would see him as a friend. He agreed and called a meeting with some editors. The Global News publisher, Segun Ogunbunmi, was part of the meeting. We all met for about one hour at a lounge on Opebi Road, Ikeja. We chatted intimately before we left the venue. Yomi later called a fresh meeting and he specifically requested for Segun Ogunbunmi to be part of it. Convinced that that second meeting would further cement his relationship with the Folawiyos, having being singled out based on the story published in his magazine, I ensured that Segun attended the meeting. It was while the meeting was in progress that some policemen banged on the three of us and whisked us to the Zone 2 police headquarters in Lagos Island where they said we were wanted for questioning. Surprisingly, on getting to Zone 2, the police said that Segun was their target, so they asked both Yomi and I to go free. It was there and then that I realized I had been used by the Folawiyos to nail a friend and professional colleague. Meanwhile, I was shocked to behold later how the police had caused a statement to be issued in the media labeling me a criminal that was arrested for criminal libel and that I was only released on bail. For the record, I have not written anything on the Folawiyos for some months. The only one I did of recent was about Yomi Folawiyo’s child dedication. I also caused some of my media friends to publish it in their respective publication. Therefore, I’m asking the Folawiyos to produce a proof of the claim that I have libeled them. With my experience in the last three days, I have come to realize that the intention of the Folawiyos is just to rub my treasured name in the mud. In a civilized world, Tunde Folawiyo should know what a civil case is; as such he should not resort to harassing innocent persons. A good name is more desirable than great riches and to be esteemed is better than silver or gold. On this basis, I demand a full apology from the Folawiyos; failure to do so, I will seek redress in the law court.

Amazing Health Benefits Of Green Tea

Green tea has been known to be a healthier substitute to normal beverages like coffee and other types of tea owing to its lower caffeine content as well as presence of very strong natural anti-oxidants called polyphonies, which not only helps to attain a healthy body, skin or hair, but has been a great help to block the growth of cancer cells.

MANAGING DIABETES: green tea helps in managing type II diabetes as the natural anti-oxidants present in it inhibits the secretion of an enzyme known as alpha-glycosidase, which in turn slows down the absorption of glucose in the blood stream. It means that less insulin is required to manage the glucose in the blood stream and thus green tea properties help in controlling and managing this disease.
3. PREGNANCY: the high anti-oxidant in green tea helps the body to recover from cell damage, regulates blood sugar and insullin levels and also helps in controlling hypertension. Gestational hypertension and diabetes are common problems faced in later stages of pregnancy and  the high oxidant levels help in reducing the probability of facing these issues as they help in boosting the immune system of the pregnant woman.
4. PREVENTS ARTHRITS: green tea helps to prevent and reduce the risk of rheumatoid arthritis, it protects the cartilage by blocking the production of the enzyme chemokine. Chemokines are proteins that promote inflammation in the body, which are said to destroy the flexibility of the cartilage, which is a common symptom of arthritis.
5. PREVENTS SKIN CANCER: Polyphenols present in green tea inhibits growth of two proteins – vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGE) and the Hepatocyte Growth factor (HGF) which are known to promote tumor cell growth. Green tea is also known to heal the pre-cancerous scaly keratosins, which is a skin ailment that occurs due to unnecessary and chronic exposure to sun. It helps in not only treating minor skin problems but in keeping it immune to serious damages like skin tumors.
6. REDUCES STRESS AND DEPRESSION: green tea contains a compound called thiamine: an amino acid that helps in relieving stress and anxiety. Thiamine also works as a great anti-depressant. The lower percentage of caffeine in green tea is also an added advantage for people suffering anxiety disorder and other stress related problems.
7. ASTHMA: green tea is quite useful for people who have severe asthma issues; it contains theophyline which claims to relax muscles that gives support to the bronchial tubes, thus reducing the severity of asthma. It further reduces sensitivity to allergies thus keeping in check asthmatic reactions to allergies as well.

9. NATURAL SUNSCREEN: it acts as a natural sunscreen against exposure to UR rays. It helps in preventing free radicals to settle between skin cells which claim to weaken the healthy protection system of skin, thus causing formation of wrinkles on the skin.
10. PREVENTS AND TREATS NEUROLOGICAL DISEASES: Polyphenols in green tea helps to maintain the parts of brain that regulates learning and memory.
