Law of Kamah ! 3 KAI Officials Arrested For Rape Woman

Three officers of the Kick Against Indiscipline, KAI, have been arrested for allegedly raping a 24-year old woman after they demanded N10,000 bribe from her.
The suspected KAI officers, identified as Benjamin Akinade, Olayinka Olowu and Adebayo Ayeni, have been remanded in the custody of the Lagos State Taskforce on Environmental and Special Offences (Enforcement) Unit and will soon be charged to court.
The officers were arrested by the KAI authorities after the woman (name withheld) allegedly reported the rape case to officers at KAI’s headquarters in Ikeja, Lagos, southwest Nigeria.
The incident occurred recently when the woman crossed the expressway instead of using the pedestrian bridge at Ojota area of Lagos State.
The woman alleged that the officers arrested her for breaking the traffic law but later demanded for N10,000 bribe to set her free.

Helen Paul Opens Multi-million Naira Film Academy

Versatile entertainer, Helen Paul, also known as Tatafo, has opened a multi-million naira films school. Christened Helen Paul Theatre and Films Academy, the institution is located at 14-16, Emmanuel Olorunfemi Street, by Orimolade, College Road, Ogba, Lagos.
The Glo ambassador said the opening of the academy is a dream come true, having nurtured the ambition from childhood. She explained that the effort is also geared towards contributing her own quota to the development of the entertainment sector, and education in general.
Helen, who is currently running her Ph.D programme in Theatre-Arts at the prestigious University of Lagos, Akoka, said her academy has been fully equipped with modern facilities that will aid easy learning and consequently make her students rub shoulders with their counterparts anywhere in the world.
