"I'm 33 While My Daughter Is 15" Waje Open Up

Single popular Nigerian songstress, Waje has finally come out to disclose her true age to the public.

The Glo ambassador announced that she is 33 years old when she was questioned by a fan, how old she is.

The mother of one went on to disclose that, it is her true age and never an official age.

She further went on to say, that she gave birth to her child Emerald, when she was 17 years old, and that her daughter, Emerald, just clocked 15 years recently. However, Waje has kept sealed lips in disclosing Emerald's biological father.

Were there times you wish you had the gift of sight?

None that I can remember. I think I have overcome the desire for sight. I know it is a beautiful thing and it is absolutely necessary. Life is interesting and you do not know what it is going to throw at you, and for me, I am grateful for the gift of life. I enjoy my life and I don’t think I sit and imagine what my life would be like if I could see. Quite honestly, I want to see for stupid reasons. I want to see because I want to learn how to play golf. I am an optimist by nature and I don’t think I walk around saying I want to see. One other reason I would really love to have sight is to see my wife’s face but I have the privilege of touching it which is much better than seeing it.

There have been news going around lately about Top Nollywood actor/Producer, Desmond Elliot who has add an additional awards to his numerous awards, he won the Best Supporting Actor award at the 2014 AMVCA. According to reports he wants to quit acting for politics. The ace actor has reacted to the report that has been making rounds. He has confirmed his desire for a political post in 2015,adding that he will not stop acting.  The happily married father who has definitely paid his dues, has been acting for close to 12 years said 'I'm not quitting acting but if they say I said so, I don't know about that.'

Our correspondent observed that Ibadan High Chief, socialite, and a very close friend of Wasiu, Akinade Fijabi was the person who set the grounds for the 'reunion' as he brought both artistes together on Sunday, March 9th, 2014 at K1's palatial mansion in Ijebu-Ode. Osupa who sat quietly at a corner of the venue was not free at the wedding as he was feeling quite uncomfortable, until Fijabi, who was a member of the planning committee, went to him and took him to meet Wasiu to settle the fight between them.
