Talented Act, Rili Cile Drops New Single, 'Super Pack' With Video

Rili Cile (born Obisesan Rilwan Ajibola on February 14, 1992) has been swimming in the ocean of Nigerian Music industry professionally since 2007. He’s a south-westerner from Ibadan in Oyo State but he grew up in the district of Egbeda in Lagos. His stage name was coined from his real name Rilwan while the Cile was gotten from the Nigeria adopted truly national currency in 1973 instead of the pounds. No doubt, since the entrance of Rili Cile the Nigerian music industry has been experiencing a major renaissance as a whole. His modern way of playing new generation of Afro hip hop, soul, r&b and pop acts rise to establish a new age in our music culture with major international appeal. He’s musical dexterity often leaves many listeners astonished at the magic of the delivery and the rhythmic harmony. The new single, Super Pack was produced by Lahlah while the video was directed by Adasa Cookey. The video was shot in a private resort at Eleko Beach in Lagos.

Elizabeth Daniels Dazzles With Folly

Beautiful Nollywood actress cum producer, Elizabeth Daniels, has dazzled with Folly, a new short film from the stable of her production outfit.

Folly is a star-studded flick directed by Alex Mouth. Veteran actress, Joke Silva and Uche Jombo leads the array of stars in the award-winning film. Yvonne Nelson, Joseph Benjamin and Alex Ekubo are also part of the characters that added spice to the job.

Joseph Benjamin showered praises on Elizabeth Daniels for a job well done. He described her as one of the most promising writers, producers and actresses that will keep the future dream of Nollywood alive.

Folly will be premiered in the United States of America next month. Elizabeth Daniels’ first movie as a producer was Behind The Melody, a flick that was well rated locally and internationally. Ini Edo and Jim Iyke were some of the stars that featured in the film.

UK Promoter Allegedly Dupes K1 De Ultimate Of £40,000

        + As Orisefemi & May D boycott London concert

“You shall not reap the fruit of your labour, you shall suffer till the end and no man shall come to your aid . As a promoter, all your efforts to prosper shall not come true no matter how hard you try”……. These were the words of the King of fuji music K1 de ultimate to UK promoter Saka Ayodele  Monmodu, CEO House of Music after the highly publicised the Ultimate concert in London. What started as a sweet, cordial relationship between K1 de ultimate and House of music has become thug of war as both parties have fallen apart.  We learnt that Mr Ayodele duped K1 of about £40,000 which is supposed to be his share from the UK edition of his world tour. Narrating how they fell apart, sources disclosed that house of music and K1 had an agreement that he would be paid £40,000 for 3 shows including London, Manchester and Dublin but at the end of the show he offered K1 the ultimate £2000 pounds. He was said to have bitterly rejected the money and cursed him endlessly. Billy Que entertainment who partnered House of music on the concerts confirmed the story to us regarding the incident as the most embarrassing moment of his life as a promoter.

GOSPEL ACT TAIWO OSHADIPE' DIES OF HEART FAILURE

It seems to be a season of strange death that is ravaging the Nigerian entertainment world lately. Barely 24 hours after the death of popular dancer Kemi Omotoyinbo (aka Kemi Paso) was announced, another sad news has crept into the showbiz arena as Taiwo Oshadipe of the famous Oshadipe Twins group gave up the ghost in the early hours of today. According to the information at our disposal, the pretty lady died in her sleep. Though she has been ill for some time, but she has shown signs of improvement before the final curtain was drawn on her life, echoed a source. The unexpected death has left her other half Kehinde Oshadipe uncontrollably heartbroken.
