Chocolate City's Lawyer And Brymo's lawyer Exchange Blow In Court

Chocolate City is suing Brymo for breach of contract. The legal tussle between entertainment company, Chocolate City, and artiste, Olawale “Brymo” Ashimi, continued on Wednesday at the Federal High Court in Lagos, before Justice Buba.
However, it was adjourned till March 4 following an exchange of derogatory words between Brymo’s lawyer, Nike Olagbede, and Chocolate City’s counsel, T.O Lawal – who is replacing C.O. Madubuko.
Defending the adjournment, Justice Buba said, “I will adjourn this case because the counsels have failed to portray themselves according to the stipulations of the court and acted with complete disregard to the court’s regulations.”
The case which began on November 11, 2013 has now been adjourned four times: December 5, 2013, January 14, February 26, and now March 4.
Chocolate City is suing Brymo for breach of contract. After leaving the Audu Maikori helmed label around June, the singer, whose seven years contract was allegedly yet to expire, independently released his third studio album, Merchant, Dealers and Slaves in October, 2013…. Credit punch

Drinking Alcohol And Regular Sex Can Reduce The Chances Of Heart Disease In Ladies

Heart disease is one of the leading causes of female deaths in the world and here are little ways we can avert this problem since the symptoms in women are extremely different from the ones we see in men.

1.  Quit Smoking: It’s not known much but most smokers die from heart disease long before they get lung cancer. There are fewer smokers these days but the number of women who quit has risen. Smoking tends to create blood clots, decreases the level of good cholesterol, makes it harder to exercise and can raise your blood pressure temporarily.

2.  Sex: Any exercise is essential for your heart, including sex. Sex is a significant form of exercise and it’s also recommended that you get at least 30 minutes a day moderate exercise whether it’s in the gym, neighborhood or even in your bedroom. Exercise lowers your blood pressure; helps you lose weight, increases your good cholesterol, reduces your bad cholesterol and increases your insulin sensitivity.

3.  Get Some Sleep: Sleep is not just downtime: you need seven to eight hours a night to be well rested. It’s a way your brain forms new pathways to help your memory. If you don’t get enough sleep, your body constantly produces adrenaline and stress hormone to keep you awake, that means your blood pressure and heart rate doesn’t slow down as well. Also know that you produce cytokines when sleeping, which helps your immune system fight infections and chronic inflammation.

Don-Jazzy Beefs D’Banj On Twitter!

'Mr Star, We Heard You Were Paid To Appear On US Reality Show'
The rivalry between erstwhile friends and business mates, Don Jazzy and D’Banj seems to be taking another dimension with the way things are going between the two top entertainment personalities now.
It is generally believed that most of the songs by D’Banj and some of the artistes under Marvin Records are aimed at each other’s jugular. Songs like Don’t Tell Me Nonsense,  Oyato and many others are aimed at Don Jazzy and his team. Also that of Wande Coal’s ….. and the new one “Surulere” by Dr. Sid is believed to be a reply to all the songs the Koko master has done to sound in whatever message.
Recently, this insinuation of a permanent beef between the two sound lords resurfaced when Don Jazzy was quoted to have stated in his twitter that D’Banj paid to have himself featured in a reality series in the US. Don Jazzy was not direct as usual but many people believed that the words were meant for no other person than the Koko Master.

Incredible! Why Women Don’t Climax During Sex

For years, orgasm has been one of the more elusive areas for scientists to research. Nonetheless, there have been tantalising revelations recently about just what goes on in the body and brain during orgasm.
photo
Scientists are also discovering its health benefits: the resulting rush of blood to the head is better for the brain than doing a crossword, one US researcher recently claimed.
It’s also thought to act as a stressbuster, reduce pain and ease depression, while one study even suggested the greater the frequency of orgasms, the longer you’ll live.
Yet only a third of women say they regularly experience one, and one in ten reports never having had one at all.
But why do so many women apparently struggle to experience orgasm? Here, experts reveal the latest thinking...
THE PILL
Ironically, the contraceptive pill has been found to have a dampening effect. A study published last year by Indiana University involving 1 101 women, found that women using the Pill or a contraceptive patch had fewer orgasms and also reported lower levels of arousal and frequency of sex than those who used non-hormonal contraception such as condoms.
But Dr Cynthia Graham, a senior lecturer in health psychology at the University of Southampton and a leading sex researcher, says this is more likely to be down to the Pill’s effect on libido rather than on arousal - so the link might be simply because women are having less sex generally, rather than fewer orgasms.
