Apostle Remi Awode Celebrates Golden Jubilee In Grand Style

There is nothing more joyous in life than one celebrating a golden age and still be witnessed by both parents. This is a rare thing that took place at Emmanuel Aderemi Awode’s 50th birthday shindig last Sunday. The carnival-like birthday soiree was graced by  crème-de-la-crème in the social and business circle. It was indeed a well-planned and prepared event as foods, drinks and take-away gifts were provided for all and sundry.
More than three caterers and three different serving points were well-positioned in the hall with all kinds of cognac to go with them. Hennessy, Moet, Champagne and other expensive cocktail drinks filled the hall like pure water.
On the band stand was Summit Entertainment, they thrilled the audience to all kinds of classic renditions before they left the stage for Chemstar Band to also showcase their musical dexterity. First Option Mobile Bar was in charge of the executive drinks and cocktail and they made sure everyone was well-entertained satisfactorily.
As we all know that, Remi Awode’s generosity knows no bound as he made sure he touched lives irrespective of where you are from, some Nollywood veterans also registered their attendance, Mama Rainbow, Jide Kosoko, Oga Bello, Bisi Ibidapo-Obe and a host of others all had a filled day.
Among those that made the event so colorful was the Rector of the prestigious Polytechnic of Ibadan, Adebisi Adeniran, who also presented a tablet of honour to the amiable man of many parts, Aderemi Emmanuel Awode, a special award from the school.
Like the usual saying that, behind every successful man, there is a woman, Apostle’s wife, did a good job attending to this and that too till the party lasted. She said this, “I thank God for making today a joyous day for us. He has been a good husband to me and a good father to our children too. My prayer for him is for God to continue to bless him and give him long life to affect many lives as he has always been doing.”
Finger foods were served by Deso Small Chops and 12 Basket while other sumptuous meal wre served by JD Event and Hamptons Catering.
